Cookbook Club: Best of the 1970's In-Person
Do you remember the great foods trending in the 1970's? This month the Chester County Library Cookbook Club aims to bring back everyone's favorite '70's foods, from quiche, to fondue to everything Jello!
To participate, register on the website. Send me an email at pmarquette@ccls.org claiming a dish from your own recipe so we don’t have doubles (I don’t know; can you have too many bowls of ambrosia?) and then prepare that dish and bring it to the “Cookbook Club” night, Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6:00 PM on the second floor in the Staff Lounge. Participants will discuss the recipes they have chosen, their experience preparing the dish and any changes made or would make. Dishes will be shared amongst the group for tasting. Don’t forget to bring serving utensils for your dish and a set of dining ware for your own use.
Registration is required. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
