Music: It’s a Family Affair! Online

Join us for this virtual series featuring conductor Erik Ochsner and pianist Jenny Lin. Erik and Jenny will discuss women composers, composers of African American and Latin descent, and explore the iconic film music of John Williams.

Music: It’s a Family Affair IV is designed for individuals of ALL AGES and is aimed at expanding their horizon in the arts.

Series Dates – all sessions are from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.  You may attend any or all sessions.

March 8 – Composers Who are Women: Celebrating International Women’s Day

March 15 – The Iconic Film Music of John Williams: Probably best known for Star Wars, but it doesn’t stop or start there!                   

March 29 – Composers of African American and Latin Descent

Each session is free and provided by Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS). Workforce Opportunity Services is a leading non-profit organization connecting individuals from underserved populations with career opportunities.

You will be able to choose which sessions of this series you wish to attend. WOS will send you the Zoom meeting invitation the day of each session. A Zoom account is not required to participate.
