PLEASE NOTE: Snacks and beverages are permitted in meeting rooms. For meals or catered food, please request a private event. All food is subject to a cleaning charge. Rooms must be returned to their original condition within 30 minutes of the reserved time, including disposal of all trash. Tech assistance may require an additional staffing fee of $25.

Room Reservation Process:    

  • Reservations must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance.   
  • Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request and collect payment/send an invoice to confirm your reservation. 
  • The rooms can be reserved for up to 3 hours, with a 1-hour minimum. Reservations for longer than 3 hours will incur overtime charges, please contact the staff to proceed 610-444-2702.

Study Room Reservation Process:

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request
  • Patrons may reserve the tutor room twice per week
  • Each reservation has a 2-hour maximum, 1-hour minimum
  • Reservations for the Study Room are free
