Equipment Catalog

• Wi-Fi: Free and available to all guests
• Tech bag: You can borrow an HDMI cord/adaptor and basic instructions from the circulation desk. Just bring your driver’s license for us to hold until returned. (There’s a $50 replacement fee for any lost or damaged items.)
• Tech assistance: Basic instructions are included, but if you’d like more hands-on help, you can pre-book a staff tech session. A one-time tech setup fee must be scheduled 7 days prior to your arrival. Our tech setup fee offers initial support prior to your meeting.
• Room layout: All rooms start with a simple classroom setup. You’re welcome to rearrange furniture as needed. We ask that it’s returned to the original layout before you leave. If our staff needs to reset it afterward, a $25 layout fee applies.
• Food Policy: Snacks and beverages are permitted in meeting rooms. For meals or catered food, please request a private event. All food is subject to a cleaning charge.

Meeting Room Reservation Process:    

• Reservations must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance.   
• Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request. Payment must be collected within 7 days of making the reservation or the Friday before the booking -- whichever comes first -- to confirm your reservation. If payment is not received, the reservation is cancelled.
• The rooms can be reserved for up to 3 hours, with a 1-hour minimum. Reservations for longer than 3 hours will incur overtime charges, please contact the staff to proceed 610-444-2702.

Study Room Reservation Process:

• Due to the high demand, we recommend booking in advance online. However, reservations for the study rooms may now be booked on-site (subject to availability). 
• Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request
• Patrons may reserve the study room twice per week
• Each reservation has a 2-hour maximum, 1-hour minimum
• Reservations for the study room are free
• At this time, we do not offer tech services for the Study Rooms
