Equipment Catalog

  • Wi-Fi: Free and available to all guests
  • Tech bag: You can borrow an HDMI cord/adaptor and basic instructions from the circulation desk. Just bring your driver’s license for us to hold until returned. (There’s a $50 replacement fee for any lost or damaged items.)
  • Room layout: All rooms start with a simple classroom setup. You’re welcome to rearrange furniture as needed. We ask that it’s returned to the original layout before you leave. If our staff needs to reset it afterward, a $25 layout fee applies.
  • Food Policy: For meals or catered food, please request a private event. All food is subject to a cleaning charge.

Library Space Reservation Process:    

  • Reservations must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance.   
  • Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request.
  • The rooms can be reserved for up to 3 hours, with a 1-hour minimum.
  • If you need anything beyond a simple space booking (criteria above), please use our EVENT FORM
  • Payment must be collected within 48 hours of the invoice to confirm your reservation. If payment is not received, the reservation is cancelled.

Study Room Reservation Process:

  • Due to the high demand, we recommend booking in advance online. However, reservations for the study rooms may now be booked on-site (subject to availability). 
  • Library staff will be in touch within 3 business days to approve (or deny) your request
  • Patrons may reserve the study room twice per week
  • Each reservation has a 2-hour maximum, 1-hour minimum
  • Reservations for the study room are free
  • Study Rooms hold 1-4 people.
