SUMMARY:The Welcome Home Project and Lenape Land Reparation
DESCRIPTION:In the wake of centuries of forced removal from their native

Lenape\, their struggle in the face of colonialism\, and how the Welcome
Home project offers a possible avenue for reparations to pursue moving
forward. \n\nThis presentation will be given by students in Dr. Danielle
 Widmann Abraham's course\, "Sacred Earth: Native Life\, Land\, and
Religious Freedom." Dr. Abraham is Associate Professor of Islamic Studies
and Comparative Religion and Coordinator\, Peace and Social Justice Studies
