DESCRIPTION:The Chester County Department of Aging and PA Medicare 
 Education and Decision Insight (PA MEDI\, formerly APPRISE) health 
 insurance counselors will provide one-on-one\, free\, unbiased\, 
 confidential assistance to Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Open 
 Enrollment Period\, October 15\, 2025 to December 7\, 2025.\n\nYou can 
 join\, switch or disenroll from a Part D Prescription Drug Plan\, a 
 Medicare Advantage Plan\, or switch to Original Medicare. The counselors 
 will also screen you to see if you qualify for any financial assistance 
 programs to get help paying for your prescription drugs\, Part B premium\, 
 deductibles and co-insurance. \n\nPlease call PA MEDI at 610-344-5234 and 
 leave a message\, your call will be returned to schedule an 
 appointment.\n\n\n\nPA Forward is an initiative by the Pennsylvania Library 
 Association that aims to improve the role of libraries in Pennsylvania to 
 serve and strengthen our community by supporting literacy and lifelong
