SUMMARY:Human Needs Network Information Table
DESCRIPTION:Stop by and connect with the Human Needs Network at their 
 information table on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. As part of the 
 Human Needs Network\, Chester County’s Department of Human Services is 
 restructuring and expanding on the way we provide Information and Referral 
 Services. The county has entered a new partnership with PA211 that now has 
 all 211 calls from Chester County residents routed to our new contact 
 center. The Information & Referral team answering these calls is now made 
 up of Chester County employees\, located here in Chester\, and overseen by 
 us in the Department of Human Services. Operating as an extension of PA211 
 services and our contact center we have the brand-new role of our 
 Information & Referral Mobile Navigators. These individuals will be able to 
 provide the same intake and referral services that our call team would do 
 but in-person throughout the County. Our goal is to improve the county’s 
 efforts in supporting individuals and families in identifying and accessing 
 the correct services.
