DESCRIPTION:Drop in to chat with a resource specialist\, called a Mobile 
 Navigator\, from the Human Needs Network. The navigator can provide 
 information and referral services for those in need of housing\, utility\, 
 and other human service support.\n\nA navigator is at the library every 
 Tuesday from 10:00 am-2:00 pm and every Friday from 12:00 pm-4:00 pm. Hours 
 may vary.\n\n \n\nAbout Connect Tuesdays\n\nEach Tuesday\, the Chester 
 County Library hosts a service organization in the lobby to help you 
 discover local aid and resources. No reservation required. The second 
 Tuesday of the month is always dedicated to CareerLink's employment 
 services. Hours may vary.\n
