DESCRIPTION:Drop in to chat with a resource specialist\, called a Mobile 
 Navigator\, from the Human Needs Network. The navigator can provide 
 information and referral services for those in need of housing\, utility\, 
 and other human service support.\n\nA navigator is at the library every 
 Tuesday from 10:00 am-2:00 pm and every Wednesday from 12:00 pm-4:00 
 pm.\n\n \n\nAbout Connect Tuesdays\n\nEach Tuesday of the month\, the 
 Chester County Library hosts a service organization in the lobby to help 
 you discover local aid and resources. No reservations required. \n\n1st 
 Tuesday: Housing\n\nA different organization each month will be on-site to 
 discuss their various programs for low-income\, homeless\, and at risk 
 individuals looking for housing.\n\n2nd Tuesday: Employment\n\nChat with a 
 representative from CareerLink from 12:00-2:00 p.m.\n\n3rd Tuesday: 
 Miscellaneous\n\nMeet organizations from varying sectors including food 
 security\, health\, mental health\, legal aid\, and more.\n\n4th Tuesday: 
 Rep. Kristine Howard's Mobile Office\n\nGet a SEPTA Senior Key Card and 
 find assistance with government-related issues.
