Zia Yoga Storytime In-Person
Yoga Story Time is a unique class infused with yoga poses and life lessons for kiddos (and their adults) on and off the mat. Designed for families with children 2-6 years old in mind, this active and playful class uses songs, stories and yoga movements to teach children how to self-regulate, move with confidence and be kind to themselves and others. This 30-minute practice is accessible for all and is offered for free to families in partnership with Exton's Zia Yoga & Wellness.
