NASA Eyes: Exploring Space in 3D

NASA Eyes: Exploring Space in 3D In-Person

Welcome to NASA's Eyes, a way for you to learn about your home planet, our solar system, the universe beyond and the spacecraft exploring them. Join Don Miller, NASA Solar System Ambassador and discover NASA’s JPL development of an easily used online tool that allows anyone to explore space in 3d on a computer or mobile device.  The focus of this software is on our solar system, Exo-planets and the spacecraft that are exploring them.  Learn how to use this tool with a detailed walk-through, putting the various aspects of it into context such as: are there near-Earth asteroids that could be dangerous to us?  Where are the satellites located that we place into space?  Are there Exo-planets near our solar system?  Learn how you can use this tool to explore the universe.

This program supports PA Forward's Information Literacy Initiative.
