Indian Independence Day Concert In-Person / Online
Musically celebrate the 75 years of Indian independence. Join us for a violin recital featuring Hindustani music by Pandit Milind Raikar, along with a tribute to the Queen of Melody of India, Lata Mangeshkar. Pandit Milind Raikar is a renowned violinist and a versatile musician from Mumbai, India. He is a disciple of Padmashri Pandit D.K. Datar and Gaanasaraswati Kishoritai Amonkar. There will be henna art, and light refreshments will be available. Registration is required for either the in-person event or to receive the link for the online streaming.
