Science in the Summer - Be a Biologist!

Registration for this program must be completed through the Franklin Institute website.

Registration on a first-come, first-serve basis will reopen by Friday, July 1, for remaining spots. If you previously registered for the lottery and were notified that your child received a spot, you do not need to register again. This is only for the remaining open spots. If you are on a waitlist at another library, please follow the directions on the Franklin Institute website to register.

Spring City Public Library will host this two-day in person program on Monday, July 18, and Tuesday, July 19, from 12:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Participants must commit to both days.

This program will be held at Spring City Regeneration Church, 45 N. Church Street, located in Spring City borough.

This program is designed for children entering grades 2 through 6.

GSK Science in the Summer is a fun and free science education program sponsored by GSK and administered by the Franklin Institute, which introduces students to the wonderful and fascinating world of science. Through classes held at local public libraries and taught by certified teachers, this program gets kids excited about science with hands-on experiments. All materials will be provided.
