Science in the Summer Registration Open!

Registration for this program must be completed through the Franklin Institute. Please note that the registration process is a lottery, and there is no guarantee your child will be selected. 

Registration for the lottery will open Monday, May 9th, at noon and close on Friday, June 3rd, at 5 p.m. Participants will be notified by the Franklin Institute following the lottery selection.

Spring City Public Library will host this two-day in person program on Monday, July 18, and Tuesday, July 19, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Participants must commit to both days.

This program will be held at Spring City Regeneration Church, 45 N. Church Street, located in Spring City borough.

This program is designed for children entering grades 2 through 6.

GSK Science in the Summer is a fun and free science education program sponsored by GSK and administered by the Franklin Institute, which introduces students to the wonderful and fascinating world of science. Through classes held at local public libraries and taught by certified teachers, this program gets kids excited about science with hands-on experiments. All materials will be provided.

This year's theme is Be a Biologist!
