Yoga with Ann In-Person
Balance, strength, inner-focus and flexibility are tapped into in the 1 hour practice. Each class is nourishing and honest, so you can expect a class that is led from the heart. Participants range in skill level and in age.
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Registration is requested but not required. Fee $5.00
Health and well-being has been part of instructor Ann Johnson's life for as long as she can remember. She has a BS in Exercise Physiology and is also a Registered Nurse. She was introduced to yoga in 2014 while living in Australia and she been teaching yoga since 2016.
She has studied and taught yoga all around the globe including, Thailand, Australia, France Indonesia, and the USA. More recently she moved from Australia to Pennsylvania where she has continued to teach and practice yoga. Currently Ann teaches at Pure Energy in Paoli, PA and also offers private yoga instruction. She enjoys teaching Vinyasa, , Slow flow, YIN and Gentle yoga style classes.
