Chinese Medicine (6-class series)

Chinese Medicine (6-class series) Online

Chinese medicine is based on energy (Chi) flowing through channels called meridians. These meridians flow through the internal organs in yin/yang organ pairs affecting health on all levels. The 5 yin/yang organ pairs are kidney/bladder, liver/gallbladder, heart/small intestine, spleen/stomach, and lung/large intestine. In this class, you will learn how to optimize, energize, and harmonize the chi flow through the organ pair meridians by using Qigong, yoga, meditation, and affirmations.

This is a 6-part class series. Please register only if you can attend all classes. You only need to register once for all classes. Class size is limited so register early!

No class on 5/24/22.

This virtual event will take place via Zoom. An invitation to the meeting will be emailed 24 hours before the program.
