How COVID Impacted Domestic Violence in Chester County

How COVID Impacted Domestic Violence in Chester County Online

The Domestic Violence Center of Chester County presents an overview of local data trends and factors that increased the danger of domestic violence in Chester County, and discusses what we can do to help with a coordinated community response to prevention. This 60-minute presentation will be followed by 30 minutes for questions.

As a lifelong Chester County local and West Chester University graduate, Amelia Rayburn-Pizzica works as the Director of Education Programs for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County (DVCCC). With the organization since 2012, she began as a volunteer, joined the staff as their Children's Service Coordinator, and assisted in growing the DVCCC Education Department that she now oversees. Amelia has a passion for and commitment to increasing awareness of the issue of family and intimate partner violence in her community and, specifically, supporting children and teens who experience this issue as both victims/survivors and within their families.
