Relaxation and Healing Through Getting to Know Ourselves Online
Knowing one’s self is not easy because our mind is often occupied with reacting to the outer world. This weekly session is an appointment with ourselves to get to know our inner being. Guided meditation through the awareness of different parts of our body, awe of the miracle of how our bodies work, and how micro-organisms work together harmoniously. Healing occurs naturally when we are relaxed and connected with our true self.
Please prepare a comfortable and quiet place to lay down with a blanket and your mobile device or computer nearby to hear the guided meditation.
