Becoming a Hospice Volunteer

Becoming a Hospice Volunteer In-Person

A hospice volunteer is someone who wishes to make a difference in the lives of the terminally ill by contributing directly or indirectly to the services provided by hospice care. Volunteers provide emotional support and practical assistance that enhances the comfort and quality of life for patients, their families and loved ones. Join Amanda Reynolds, Volunteer Coordinator with Brandywine River Valley Home Health & Hospice in Oxford who will give an overview of hospice volunteering and how your time and and talents can serve patients in their time of need. There will be a time for Q&A and Angela Reyes, Account Executive, will be available on the call to answer any hospice related questions.
