Virtual: Go on Musical Adventures with Peer Gynt Music Class Online
Join us for an introduction to classical music with an instuctor from Kids Look Listen Create (KLLC). Students will hear a kid friendly version of the story of Peer Gynt. Throughout the story, children will be listening to music by Edvard Grieg and reenacting different story adventures to the music. We will also discuss how the movements go with the storyline and the music. The class will conclude with a craft.
This class is for students K through 3rd grade. Parental assistance and guidance will be required to ensure safety with materials. Class materials will available one week before the program: October 14, 2021 after 12 pm. Students will need their own liquid glue (not a glue stick)
Registration is required. Registration will close three (3) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants two (2) hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
