Jennifer Green, a lecturer, author, and director of education from the Chester County History Center will take a deeper dive into one of the stories from our Dark History 1 lecture in October. In 1786 Elizabeth Wilson, a farmer’s daughter from Chester County, became the last woman executed for infanticide in Pennsylvania. This lecture will address her mysterious life, controversial death, and the way history gets reshaped over time.
