Virtual: Page Turners Online
Please join us for a virtual discussion of A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, a 1943 semi-autobiographical novel by Betty Smith. The story focuses on an impoverished but aspirational adolescent girl and her family living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City, during the first two decades of the 20th century.
This program supports PA Forward Civic and Social Literacy.
Registration is required. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
