Gut health has become a popular health and nutrition topic in recent years and for good reason! Join local ShopRite dietitian for a presentation all about probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber and what they mean for your health. Discover tips, product suggestions and suggestions of how to incorporate these foods into your diet.
