Join Hawk Mountain for a virtual presentation where we bring the Mountain to YOU! A Hawk Mountain Sanctuary educator will discuss HMS history, raptor identification and migration information. Compare the characteristics of daytime and nighttime raptors; discover the specific adaptations that make them successful. Meet a live education raptor up-close and personal!

This program is part of the Longwood Gardens 8th Annual Community Read Program designed to encourage reading and start a conversation. In 2021 discover how one finds a passion for nature and explore what can become of that spark. Participants will be eligible for a free drawing for a one day family pass for 4 to Longwood Gardens.

Registration is required. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
