Virtual Tinkering Club for Grades 3 to 12: Creating your own Binary Bracelet Online
Have you ever wanted to share coded messages, be fashionable, AND learn computer science all at the same time? Do all three at once with binary beaded bracelets! In this class you'll learn to macrame a bracelet that uses binary computer code to hide a message in plain sight.
This is an intermediate level project, but we will include a beginner level option as well. Once you register, please pick up your materials from the Jacobs Technology Center located on the second floor of the library before February 23. You will need to the materials to follow along during this event.
A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend the virtual program.
