Open Hours in the Children's Makerspace In-Person
Our team is pleased to offer Open Hours this fall in the Children’s Makerspace. Check out our Construction Corner, Robot Arena, Cinema Center, and Ideation Station—no registration needed.
We also offer Workshop Wednesdays on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Each month, we offer one program (run twice) for children and their grown-ups to complete a special project. Workshop Wednesdays require registration only, and the Children’s Makerspace will be closed to the public during that time.
Children’s Makerspace Open Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday*, Thursday: 2:00–7:00 p.m.
Friday: 2:00–5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
*The Children’s Makerspace will close at 5:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of the month for registered programs. Please visit our program calendar to see our offerings and to register.
Please note: Children under eleven must be under the direct supervision of a responsible caregiver (at least 16 years of age) at all times while on Library premises, pursuant to the Library’s Policy on Unattended Children. Please visit our list of policies here.
