History Book Club: The Revolution from the First Continental Congress to the Early Years of the War In-Person

The topic for this meeting is "The Revolution from the First Continental Congress to the early years of the War."

This topic allows discussion of the Continental Congresses, the Declaration of Independence, the articles of Confederation, and the early years of the war.   It is possible to look at the events from either/both American and British viewpoints.

Participants are free to read titles of their choosing and to participate in discussion of the topic at the next meeting.

Registration is not required. 


This program fulfills PA Forward's Civic and Social Literacy: "The ability to positively impact the community, engage in respectful discussions, understand civic roles and responsibilities, participate in community activities, and drive positive change."
