Chair Yoga In-Person

Chair yoga is appropriate for every body and is class for all abilities. Chair yoga is an all-inclusive practice that uses a chair as a supportive tool in modified yoga poses. Chair yoga gently stretches and strengthens key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body's limits. We begin doing seated poses and then gradually work to standing poses to improve balance. The chair can still be used as a support during standing poses.

Pre-registration is recommended.  Walk-ins are welcome until class hits capacity.
