Chair Yoga with Kim In-Person
“I truly believe in the importance of staying mobile as we age, and this class makes doing so fun and easy”. Join Kim Slattery in a modified chair yoga class, focusing on flexibility, mobility, strength, stability, posture, balance, breathing and circulation. Feel a boost on mood and improved mental health. Beginner friendly, this class is easy and fun and yet you’ll feel the benefits of char yoga immediately!
Registration is required. Registration will close 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
When you register for an event, we are holding a spot for you. If your schedule changes and you can’t attend, please let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.
