Book an appointment with a Medicare counselor! The Chester County Department of Aging and PA Medicare Education and Decision Insight, PA MEDI, health insurance counselors will provide free, unbiased, confidential assistance to Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Open Enrollment Period, October 15, 2025 to December 7, 2025.

Counselors will be at the Henrietta Hankin Library on Tuesday, November 18 in Small Conference Rooms A & B.

You can join, switch or disenroll from a Part D Prescription Drug Plan, a Medicare Advantage Plan, or switch to Original Medicare with or without a Medicare Part D Plan. The counselors will also screen you to see if you qualify for any financial assistance programs to get help paying for your prescription drugs or Part B premium.
