Heartfulness Meditation and Well-being Series In-Person
This six-session bi-weekly program will provide attendees with practical tools and insights for managing stress, improving emotional health, and fostering a sense of balance. Each meeting will have an overall duration of one hour, consisting of a 30-minute topic presentation followed by a 30-minute guided relaxation and meditation.
