 Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention (TCAFP) is a safe, effective evidence-based program developed by Doctor Paul Lam, founder of the Tai Chi for Health Institute. It is for anyone interested in Tai Chi and Falls Prevention including those with arthritis, chronic pain, limited mobility, or balance concerns.

In this 3-class series, you will learn the TCAFP basic 6 forms and 12 chi activation warm ups. Class can be done seated or standing.

Proven benefits include: increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and range of motion, reduced inflammation, decreased pain and stress, increased energy, improved memory and focus, enhanced immune system, strong bones, and increased ability to perform daily life activities.

Liz Wanner is certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi Easy, Qigong for Health, Integral Qigong, and Medical Qigong. Liz is also certified in Kripalu Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Meditation, and Reiki. She has been teaching in the community for over 30 years.
