Breaking Down Brick Walls through Land Records (Main Line Genealogy Club) In-Person
Hitting a brick wall can be one of the most frustrating elements of genealogical research. However, many family historians overlook land records when trying to break through family brick walls. Either they are unaware of the wealth of genealogical information they contain, or they lack the knowledge to access the various land record sets. Land records are among the most valuable resources for genealogy research. Learn the difference between county, state, and federal land records. Discover where and how to access the multiple record sets and extract all the rich family history they hold.
This is a hybrid event, so you may attend in person at the library or attend via Zoom. Registration on Main Line Genealogy Club's EventBrite is required.
