Medicare Annual Open Enrollment with PA MEDI In-Person
The Chester County Department of Aging and PA Medicare Education and Decision Insight (PA MEDI, formerly APPRISE) health insurance counselors will provide one-on-one, free, unbiased, confidential assistance to Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Open Enrollment Period, October 15, 2025 to December 7, 2025.
You can join, switch or disenroll from a Part D Prescription Drug Plan, a Medicare Advantage Plan, or switch to Original Medicare. The counselors will also screen you to see if you qualify for any financial assistance programs to get help paying for your prescription drugs, Part B premium, deductibles and co-insurance.
