Destigmatizing Menstruation Workshop for Families In-Person
IN PERSON - Paoli Library
This workshop is designed to help families gain knowledge about menstruation and get comfortable discussing it! Through a series of hands-on activities, participants will gain comfort with the basics of periods, menstrual cycles, period products, and self-care. They will have the opportunity to ask questions and to discuss strategies for talking about bodies and the social, emotional, and physical changes we go through during puberty.
Presented by PP Southeastern Pennsylvania.
