Hour of Code In-Person
Honor computing pioneer Admiral Grace Murray Hopper"s birthday (December 9). Join us as we dive a little deeper with an hour of code( actually two) with Hummingbird Bit kits and block coding. Students will work in teams of two to three.
This program is for students ages 10-13 only. Registration is required for EACH CHILD.
When you register for an event, we are holding a spot for you. If your schedule changes and you can't attend, please let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.
If a child under the age of eleven (11) is attending a program independently, a parent or caregiver must remain in the building as per library policy.
Funding for this program is provided by the Friends of the Henrietta Hankin Branch Library.
This program supports PA Forward Basic and Information Literacy.
