Open Hours in the Children's Makerspace: Origami/Paper Circuits In-Person
Our Makerspace team is pleased to offer Open Hours this Fall in the Children’s Makerspace. Each week, the Children’s Makerspace will host a different theme for patrons to explore – no registration required, just stop by!
Monday through Thursday, 2 pm to 7 pm
Friday, 2 pm to 5 pm
Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm
The Makerspace may need to close for lunch - TBD
This week's theme: Origami/Paper Circuits
Make beautiful paper creations that light up using conductive tape, LED lights, and coin cell batteries. Kids will learn about the art of Origami and the science behind circuits and electricity.
Please note: Children under eleven must be under the direct supervision of a responsible caregiver (at least 16 years of age) at all times while on Library premises, pursuant to the Library’s Policy on Unattended Children. Please visit our list of policies here.
