Open Hours in the Children's Makerspace: Recycled Inventions In-Person
Our Makerspace team is pleased to offer Open Hours starting this Fall in the Children’s Makerspace. Each week, the Children’s Makerspace will host a different theme for patrons to explore from *2 to 7 pm Monday-Thursday, 2-5 pm Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday – no registration required, just stop by!
This week's theme: Recycled Inventions
Using a variety of recycled materials, kids will create their very own inventions. Be it practical or just downright silly, kids will go through the process of ideation to creation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving along the way.
Please note: Children under eleven must be under the direct supervision of a responsible caregiver (at least 16 years of age) at all times while on Library premises, pursuant to the Library’s Policy on Unattended Children. Please visit our list of policies here.
