Medicare Open Enrollment One-on-One Counseling
The Chester County Department of Aging and PA Medicare Education and Decision Insight, PA MEDI, health insurance counselors will provide one-on-one, free, unbiased, confidential counseling to Medicare beneficiaries during the Medicare Open Enrollment Period, October 15, 2025 to December 7, 2025.
Change your Medicare health or drug coverage for 2026. You can join, switch or disenroll from a Medicare Advantage Plan, or a Medicare drug plan or switch to Original Medicare. The counselors will also screen you to see if you qualify for any financial assistance programs to get help paying for your prescription drugs or Part B premium.
We are offering appointments in the Hessinger Study room at the Downingtown Library on October 30, November 19 and December 3 at 9:30a, 10:45a and 12:30p.
