Smart Money Moves: Financial Literacy For The Youth Online

Are you a teen looking to better understand finances and prepare yourself for financial freedom? Join us and Peacock Youth Development, an organization run for and by local youth, for "Smart Money Moves: Financial Literacy For The Youth".

This 4-session virtual workshop seeks to educate youth on various subjects within the realm of finances. Sessions will take place on Mondays at 6pm. The following modules will be covered throughout the workshop: 

  • Module 1: "Evolution of Money: From Barter to Digital Age" 
  • Module 2: "Navigating Financial Institutions: Your Financial Partners" 
  • Module 3: "Mastering Personal Finance: Money Matters Made Simple" 
  • Module 4: "Principles for Smart Investments: Building a Solid Foundation" 
  • Module 5: "Wealth Building Strategies: Planning for Financial Freedom" 
  • Module 6: "Investment and Taxes: Maximizing Returns, Minimizing Liabilities”
