Introduction to Mindfulness (A four-class series) In-Person
Studies have shown that mindfulness practices can foster better focus, an increased sense of calm, decreased anxiety, improved impulse control, increased self-awareness, and much more! In this 4-week series, we’ll explore mindful listening, breathing, walking, paying attention to our thoughts and emotions, body awareness, loving-kindness, and gratitude. Join teacher Bernadette Smith for discussions on planning and sustaining a practice.
Registrants should be able to attend all four classes in the series.
