NAMI Chester County PA will be onsite from 10:00 am-12:00 pm to share their services and answer your questions. Drop in only, no appointments accepted.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with mental illness and their families through support, education and advocacy. Their goals are to advocate at the county, state and national levels for non-discriminatory access to quality healthcare, housing, education and employment for people with mental illness. This is done primarily through educating the public about mental illness, working to eliminate the stigma of mental illness, and advocating for increased funding for research into the causes and treatment of mental illness.
About Connect Tuesdays
Each Tuesday, the Chester County Library hosts a service organization in the lobby to help you discover local aid and resources. No reservation required. The second Tuesday of the month is always dedicated to CareerLink's employment services. Hours may vary.
