Mindful Mondays In-Person
IN PERSON, INDOORS - Paoli Library
Join us for a 4-week Monday afternoon series with Mindful Bernadette, a certified Mindfulness Instructor, as we explore how to begin or reconnect with a mindfulness practice.
In this 4 week series, we will explore mindful listening, mindful walking, paying attention to our thoughts and emotions, body awareness, loving-kindness, and gratitude. We will discuss planning and sustaining a mindfulness practice, the benefits of journaling, how mindfulness can help us enjoy our lives more, and topics from Real Happiness, The Power of Meditation: A 28-Day Program by Sharon Salzberg.
We recommend that participants dress in comfortable, moveable clothing to make the most of the creative experience.
The program will begin promptly at 1:00 pm. In consideration of the group, latecomers may not be able to join once the session has started. Thank you for your understanding.
For adults, Ages 18+
