Calming Crafts: A Mental Health Awareness Month Event In-Person
Join us for Calm Crafting for Mental Health Awareness Month. Crafting can have positive effects on mental health by reducing stress, promoting relaxation, improving mood, and enhancing self-esteem. Crafting supplies for creating beaded bracelets, bookmarks, coasters, cross stitch, and coloring will be available, but we also encourage you to bring your own craft you’re currently working on. Light refreshments will be available.
Registration is required. When you register for an event, we are holding a spot for you. If your schedule changes and you can’t attend, please let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.
