STEM SPARK--Fossils Class/Summer Reading Arts Adventures In-Person
FOSSIL LAB--This program will use the STEM Spark organization's teachers for an elementary student science class. Students become paleontologists as they discover evidence of prehistoric ocean life. They will do their own “dig” using authentic tools and materials and analyze their findings while engaging in STEM process skills. This class is intended for children in K-5th grade.
This summer, our theme is Color Our World. We will be offering classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The classes will all be part of STEAM--Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math, with a big focus being on the arts for our theme this summer.
Registration will be required for the programs, so that we have an approximate number of participants.
