Gentle Chair Yoga In-Person
Join registered yoga instructor, Cassie Quigley, for Gentle Chair Yoga:
an all-inclusive practice that uses a chair as a supportive tool in modified yoga poses.
Chair yoga gently stretches and strengthens key muscles while staying safe and respecting your body's limits.
This is just a 2 week series in April and registration opens two weeks prior to the first class.
Space is limited!
Donations always appreciated as a way to offset program costs.
