Solace Through Poetry Night for National Poetry Month In-Person
Solace Through Poetry: an invitation to the community to read and share through poetry.
Poetry offers a unique and powerful capacity to hold the many and complex feelings related to loss, grief, and death—loss of any kind, grief for any loss, and death, both literal and metaphoric.
Join us and Rev. Carin Bonifacino of Grieco Funeral Home for a special evening in which we invite poetry to speak to our hearts. Bring a poem (or poems) (original or by a favorite poet) to read and share. Come to simply listen and be with others as we offer words of solace.
Please register to attend. For those attending and who wish to read, please sign up at the door.
