Chesco Human Needs Network Mobile Office In-Person
Chester County’s Department of Human Services is partnering with PA211 to provide local 211 navigators from the Human Needs Network – a single point of information and referral support connecting local residents to the health, housing and human services they need. A representative from HNN will be available every month at the Parkesburg Free Library. No appointment required.
