Meditation - Sushumna Kriya Yoga In-Person
Sushumna Kriya Yoga is a Meditation practice designed to suit our needs of modern times to improve Physical, Emotional, Social and Spiritual Well-Being which can be practiced by all age groups.

Reduces stress, anxiety and depression
Improves sleep quality, enhances memory and focus
Helps maintain emotional balance

Helps attaining higher spiritual states, Joy and Blissfulness
When: Second Saturday of each Month, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
Chairs are provided but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer to sit on the floor.
