Pilates In-Person
Join us for an in-person series of Pilates! Pilates improves posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility. All ages and levels can participate since the class will be taught with modifications that allow for your specific ability. Pilates is a great way to improve your body, make new friends and have fun! Please bring a yoga mat and water with you.
Please note that participants must register separately for each date.
Registration required. This event is for adults ages 18 years and up. This program supports PA Forward Health Literacy.
When you register for an event, we are holding a spot for you. If your schedule changes and you can’t attend, please let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.
